Mangrove Carbon™ is designed to provide digital infrastructure for financing, monitoring, and communicating coastal ecosystem restoration.
The platform enables users to estimate travel-related emissions, discover restoration initiatives, make voluntary contributions, and monitor environmental and social impact through interactive dashboards, GIS mapping and digital reporting.
It is designed as restoration financing infrastructure rather than a carbon credit marketplace, while remaining compatible with future certified blue carbon projects.
The Problem
Tourism contributes significantly to greenhouse gas emissions, while coastal ecosystems face increasing pressure from degradation, urbanization and climate change.
